We are so excited that you want to participate in our Parent Child Dedication Ceremony at The Chapel. The next Parent-Dedication Services will be held on Sunday, October 18th at 9AM & 10:45AM at both our LSU and Siegen Locations. Steve Elworth will be at Siegen and Kevin McKee will be at LSU to perform the Dedications.
Our Chapel NextGen Ministry wants to equip and support you as you begin your parenting journey of spiritually nurturing your child. Completing this form will register you for both the REQUIRED Parent/Child Dedication class on September 27th at Siegen or the class on October 4th at LSU and for the Parent-Child Dedication Service that you would like to participate in. The class at LSU will be at 9:00AM during the first service. Siegen Class will be at 9:00AM during the first service. We are limited to 5 children per service per location. The completed registration form is the only way that we will be able to reserve a spot for you and your child. If you have attended a class in the past you do not need to attend the class.
REQUIRED: Before the first class: Send me the LifeVerse you have chosen for your child and also the picture that you would like to have on the screen during the service. Choosing a life verse is more than something you will pray over your child, but a verse you want to plant in their heart.
